We enjoyed the unique experience of having an outdoor private bathroom, offering a refreshing connection to nature. the access to the cenote from our room was truly magical. the breakfast options catered to vegans were a pleasant surprise. Although pricey, the glamping setup and serene surroundings made for a memorable stay.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this nice and amazing place. Staff was super amiable. The deluxe room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautiful. It had garden views.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quiet room, comfortable bed, and maximum privacy. Amazing breakfast, smoothies, and the hidden gem cenote for relaxation with friends.
Felt special, no complaints.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable. the outdoor dining area was lovely, especially in the mornings when I could enjoy the delicious breakfast included in the stay. the serene atmosphere of this hotel, with its beautiful private cenote and lush garden, truly allowed me to disconnect and relax. It was a nice change from the usual beach resorts I've stayed in before.
While the overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. For instance, the fans in the tents didn't do much to cool them down, especially during hot nights.
